***iOS 7 GPS Tracking Update***
Many applications are experiencing GPS issues with iOS7. Within Settings, there is a new feature called, “Background App Refresh”. This must be enabled for an app to continue to run while in the background. To ensure your GPS works properly go to Settings -> General -> Background App Refresh, and move the switch next to the Couch to 5k app to the on position.

Before this app I could say "I have never ran a full straight mile and I am 23." I had a desire to run but the truth was I hated it. I didn't get why people loved it so much but I wanted to understand and have the same experience. This app along with perseverance and partnership with friends made it possible for me. I signed up for a race when I started the app training it was a 4 mile race. I ran the whole thing without stopping.

I signed up me and my son for a 5 K run , I have never ran a run in my life. I have 4 weeks to train for this and so I got this app and I can't believe how motivated I am with this I went from nothing to running 2.2 miles in the first day. OMG I am amazed on how well this has been for me. If I can do it anyone can. It has also made me quit smoking cause you can't do both most definitely … Thank you so much for the chance to get this app j
User Again??: Here is your solution (5 stars)
Hey! I had the same problem (not able to share my run on Facebook). You have to go into your phone settings and log into Facebook via your phone. Then when you open the 5k app you can select your workout and the FB App will show up when you press the share icon. Happy running!! Loved the App, BTW. Music and cues work perfectly; accurate mapping; and great summaries.
